This is a professional Talent Attraction position. The Talent Attraction Consultant is the Talent Attraction Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Talent Acquisition group. Primarily responsible for developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent for difficult to fill open positions. The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience and an understanding of advanced sourcing techniques.
' Partner with key stakeholders to determine sourcing strategies key/critical/difficult to fill open positions
' Implement strategies to identify the most qualified diverse slate of candidates for these open positions
' Develop customized/robust/innovative candidate sourcing strategies based on industry trends, competitive intelligence, institutional knowledge and experience to effectively identify and attract top talent
' May participate in building talent communities and pipelines for critical/key positions by leveraging existing technologies/resources (i.e. ATS & CRM databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), advanced sourcing capabilities (i.e. Boolean search methods/ techniques, social networking, research tools, etc.) and other creative techniques
' Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective candidates for future opportunities
' Ensure compliance with global and local recruitment policies.
' Bachelor's degree required (relevant experience may be substituted for degree as appropriate)
' Sourcing expertise with 7+ years of relevant HR/ recruitment experience and a track record of success targeting prospective and active candidates for difficult to fill/key roles within an organization required
' Strong consultative skills and the ability to translate business strategies into innovative and actionable sourcing strategies
' Advanced sourcing capabilities; knowledge of sourcing strategies and practices; deep internet search, strong research, social media and candidate generation skills preferred (AIRS or other advanced sourcing certification strongly preferred)
' Expertise with Talent Acquisition systems (ATS and CRM); specific experience with Kenexa and/or Avature preferred
' Ability to accomplish objectives independently; self-motivated individual able to work effectively with little supervision
' Proven ability to cultivate strong business relationships and contribute to the team through the sharing of ideas, knowledge and best practices
' Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and produce high volume pipelines under tight deadlines
' Excellent verbal and written communication skills
' Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred

This is a remote position, however candidates must be able to come onsite on occasion as needed
