Description: Our client is currently seeking a Analyst - System Analysis and Program - II

This position sits in Our Business Group Digital Marketing team supporting our Business to Business (B2B) customer-facing portal. The B2B portal team drives the customer experience and design strategy for My Business, the ecommerce and account management platform used by our largest customers. Your role will be the lead to help resolve customer portal issues by analyzing the concern and pulling in the right people to get things resolved quickly. You will have a front-row seat in delivering a great online customer experience for our B2B customers ?

This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities

  • analyzing data, preparing reports and recommendations
  • Ability to access information (complex and somewhat technical) and present ideas simply and effectively to various stakeholders and customers

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • two or more years of relevant work experience
  • Previous Wireless experience B2B, Sales or customer service experience
  • HFI/Web design/PMP
  • Previous marketing experience
  • Web or eCommerce experience
  • Experience with agile practices
  • Project management experience
  • Adobe Analytics experience
  • Glassbox experience
  • LOGISTICS: Standard 8-5
